About the Studio

Studio co-owner and recording engineer Ray Calfo, has 25 years of experience producing and recording artists of all genres -- jazz quartets, singer/songwriters, gospel groups, rock & roll bands and classical artists.

And there’s a reason they keep coming back.

Ray’s specialty is in letting the artist lead. He provides guidance and engineering expertise -- helping you to bring your ideas to fruition and refining your unique style -- while making you sound great.

Flexible Hours / Availability

Session times at Studiophonix are flexible. We accommodate your schedule and are available to record during the day, the weekend, or even week nights.

Relaxed Atmosphere / Location

In addition to a custom vocal sound booth, large live-recording and engineering rooms, the studio provides a break room and even shower facilities for those late night sessions for that lead guitarist who wants to try one more time for “that perfect take”.

Studiophonix is located just outside the quaint village of Mount Pleasant, PA

in a lovely country setting. In fact, on their breaks many of our musicians

visit with Tess -- the beautiful chestnut mare in the horse pasture just outside the studio.
